“The doctors said they had never seen a child still conscious with such a low blood count. At that time, I had something in the back of my mind. I kept it there because I didn’t want it to become a reality. But then someone finally said it. Our daughter Zoe was diagnosed with Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia. What we didn’t know at the time was that we would be starting to build some really interesting relationships with a lot of the staff, not only for us but for our kids. Just through having to be here twice a week, every seven days for chemotherapy you really get to know someone. Words can’t properly describe how amazing the people who work here are…” - Scott
